My
name is Thomas Deneuville and tea has been part of my life since my teen
years.
I discovered at a very young age the introspective qualities of tea and it soon became a companion in my studies, meditations and travels. Hence did I read and learn a lot about this legendary beverage.
In 2003, I decided to give tea a central place in my professionnal life and trained to be a tea clerk in France's oldest and most famous tea house.
I was challenged by a menu of no less than 500 teas but soon became familiar with the gardens.
My knowledge strenghtened when I had to train new staff or talk for hours with genuine connoisseurs from all over the world.
